Ordering

Shop orders will be processed and dispatched subject to successful payment and address details being correct.

All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm may still be dispatched but this is NOT guaranteed.

Please note: Under certain circumstances (if an order if particularly large or complex) it may not be possible to dispatch orders placed before 3:00pm, so we recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during the peak tanning season.

Placing an order from overseas

We can only accept orders with a UK shipping address (including Northern Ireland).

Adding to an existing order

You will not be able to add to an existing order online. Please contact us immediately by email before placing an additional order. We will endeavour to dispatch both orders together, although if this isn’t possible additional postage costs for a separate order will apply.
