Returns and Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Important: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging with all seals intact. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us first: Email orders@tantopia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery
2. Wait for authorization: We’ll send you return instructions and a return address
3. Pack securely: Return items in their original packaging, unopened and unused
4. Send back: You are responsible for return postage costs and safe return of items
5. Refund processed: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

Return Address: Will be provided when you contact us for a return authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@tantopia.co.uk
• We’ll arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• We’ll send a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals
• Products not in original packaging
• Items returned after 14 days

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was faulty/incorrect)
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

• Standard delivery: £3.99 (2-3 working days)
• Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are dispatched same day
